Cooking Instructions

PREPARE

  1. Thaw pizza dough until it reaches room temperature.

  2. Preheat oven to 500F.

  3. For best results; stretch dough by hand or rolling pin to 10-inch in diameter. Place on a lightly oiled pizza pan or baking sheet.

  4. Pre-bake pizza for 5 minutes, take it out of the oven and let it cool.

  5. Top with your favorite toppings.

BAKE

Bake at 500F for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly around the edges and the bottom of the crust is a light golden brown.

YOUR PIZZA OVEN

Preheat pizza oven to average of 900 F. and cook until the crust is golden brown .

Ingredients

Water, Organic Rice Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Tapioca Flour, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Psyllium Husk, Olive Oil, Dry Yeast, Evaporated Cane Sugar, Kosher Salt, Organic Flaxseed Meal, Baking Powder, Avicel and Calcium Propionate.

Note: Avicel functions as a fat replacer in Gluten Free crusts. It is used primarily to help retain moisture so the crust is not too dry and tough.
